Kingsport Mobile Home Demolished by Vehicle

January 6th, 2014: Severe injury or death was averted late Monday night when a vehicle exited the roadway on Anco Place in Kingsport. A vehicle exited the roadway, and flipped into an unoccupied mobile home. Luckily, the mobile home was vacant at the time of the injury. The occupants from the vehicle were “possibly not injured.” Firefighters from Kingsport city and Warriors Path Volunteer Fire Department, and EMS units from Sullivan County responded to the call.

A vehicle exited a Kingsport roadway Monday night and overturned, demolishing an unoccupied mobile home as it flipped through the air.

Kingsport police report an adjacent mobile home received significant damage. Fortunately, it was also uninhabited, and no major injuries were reported in the incident.
